ToTF Quarterly Board Meetings
The ToTF Board of Trustees meets quarterly at participating churches around the Diocese.
The 2024 Board meetings will take place:
- March 13, 2024, at Emmanuel Church, Greenwood, VA
- June 12, 2024, at Virginia Theological Seminary, Alexandria, VA
- September 11, 2024, at Historic Christ Church, Kilmarnock, VA
- December 11, 2024, at St. Stephens, Richmond, VA
Coffee and Conversation Meetings
The ToTF Board invites parishes near the ToTF Quarterly Board Meetings (above) to meet informally with Trustees and our investment advisors and discuss topics of interest, prior to the board meetings. Coffee and Conversation meetings are scheduled from 8:30 am to approximately 9:30 am prior to the Board meetings listed above.
Notice of 2024 Open Meeting
ToTF holds an annual in-person and Zoom Open Meeting each September. This year’s Open Meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at Historic Christ Church, Kilmarnock. The meeting is expected to start following the Eucharist in late afternoon (approximately 4 pm) and end before 8:00 pm. Please request information on attending the open meeting (in-person or online) from fbillingsley@trusteesofthefunds.org
