ToTF Quarterly Board Meetings
The ToTF Board of Trustees meets quarterly at participating churches around the Diocese.
The 2024 Board meetings will take place:
- March 13, 2024, at Emmanuel Church, Greenwood, VA
- June 12, 2024, at Virginia Theological Seminary, Alexandria, VA
- September 11, 2024, at Historic Christ Church, Weems, VA
- December 11, 2024, at St. Stephens, Richmond, VA
Coffee and Conversation Meetings
The ToTF Board invites parishes near the ToTF Quarterly Board Meetings (above) to meet informally with Trustees and our investment advisors and discuss topics of interest, prior to the board meetings. Coffee and Conversation meetings are scheduled from 8:30 am to approximately 9:30 am prior to the Board meetings listed above.
Notice of 2024 Open Meeting
The Trustees of the Funds would like to invite you, your Vestry, and any other parishioners to our Open Meeting at Historic Christ Church and Museum (Bayne Center) on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Eucharist will be offered at 4:00 pm, followed by the Open Meeting from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. The address is 420 Christ Church Road, Weems, VA 22576. The open meeting will take place after our quarterly board meeting.
We would like to engage with as many churches as possible to discuss the performance and operations of our funds and answer any questions you might have. You will also have a chance to meet the Trustees, staff, and ToTF’s Investment Advisors.
We hope you can join us, but if you can’t, we will have Zoom capabilities. Register with Foster Billingsley, see email address below. We will send you the link closer to the meeting. We are continually looking for ways to serve the churches of the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia.
